The winter transfer window has just ended and UEFA Champions League and Europa League knock out stages are about to start soon, on February, 17. All the qualified teams from both competitions have handed over their squad changes for the next round on February, 2. Each team is allowed to register three new eligible names. The cup-tied rules is no longer applied regardless their previous teams’ competition.

La Liga top leader Atletico Madrid decided to cross out seven names in the group stage UCL squad, including Diego Costa whose contract was terminated on mutual consent. Unfortunately he has not found a new club yet. Diego Simeone only added three names, including their latest signing  Moussa Dembele, and the former Valencia man, Geoffrey Kondogbia.
