The knock out stage for Champions League and Europa League is about to start next week. Unfortunately, the restrictions for the world pandemic in some countries are still being imposed. Consequently, some fixtures have to move somewhere for one leg or even both legs. According to UEFA new guidelines for the match during covid-19 pandemic, if the government of one home team does not grant exemptions for the visiting team, then the home team is obliged to find the new venue elsewhere before the deadline to hold the match. Otherwise, they will suffer 0-3 WO defeat. Alternatively, both teams shall attempt to agree and propose a single-leg fixture.
